It appears that independent coffee shops are burgeoning in London. London is of course not really known for its cafe culture, instead it is famous for its tea rooms and pubs. However considering its multicultural population, independently-run cafes are finding success in London. With the proliferation of high street coffee chains in the city more people are drinking coffee. Subsequently an increasing number of people expect high quality coffee and bespoke service. Well, enter TAP Coffee. This independent coffee shop is located in the heart of the West End. Their flat white is one of the best I have had. The staff members are friendly and it has a great atmosphere. It is the perfect setting to chill out, work on a project or even perhaps to find that bit of inspiration.
