Koya is a Japanese eatery specialising in udon noodles. Located in the centre of London's theatre land, it draws a local following as well as tourists. The handmade udon noodles are served in different ways: hot udon with hot broth (Atsu-Atsu), cold udon with hot broth (Hiya-Atsu) and cold udon with cold sauce to pour (Hiya-Hiya). The udon noodles are top quality. I love the taste and texture of the noodles as you dunk them in the hot broth. Service is snappy, the staff are friendly and they would be happy to make recommendations if you're not sure what to choose from the menu.
