Labour of Love: Raw Chocolate-Making

One sunny Saturday in late November I spent a few hours in a cosy kitchen with Iren Merdinyan of Raw Bonbon documenting the art of raw chocolate-making. It was a day full of fun, laughter, eating and indulging in plenty of delicious raw chocolate bonbons. Iren is a talented chocolatier who runs her raw chocolate business from her home. She's passionate about chocolate and an inspiration to me. I'm grateful to her for letting me into the world of Raw Bonbon!
