Hotel SP34 is one of my favourite hotels in the world. Located in central Copenhagen, Denmark it was opened in 2014. It has done so many things right and it is no surprise that it is so popular amongst savvy travellers. The hotel has three restaurants, one of which is called Väkst where it serves modern Nordic cuisine.
